Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Designer/Sales professional, where your creativity and sales expertise will transform our customers’ visions into stunning, functional kitchens. In this energetic role, you will guide clients through the design process, utilizing your technical skills and product knowledge to craft personalized solutions. Your enthusiasm for design and customer service will drive sales and ensure a memorable experience for every visitor. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create customized kitchen designs that inspire.
Use design software such as ArtiCad to develop detailed layouts and visual presentations that showcase your ideas clearly.
Engage in active upselling by recommending complementary products, finishes, and accessories to enhance the overall kitchen concept.
Communicate effectively with clients in English (or other multilingual capabilities) to ensure clarity and build rapport throughout the sales process.
Organize project details efficiently, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, specifications, and orders to streamline workflow.
Assist customers in selecting merchandise by applying merchandising principles that highlight product features and benefits.
Follow up with clients post-design to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and foster long-term relationships.

Skills

Proficiency in ARTI CAD software for creating detailed kitchen designs.
Strong communication skills for engaging clients confidently and explaining technical details clearly.
Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs.
Basic math skills for measuring spaces accurately and calculating costs precisely.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Knowledge of merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and customer appeal.
