In this role, you are the critical interface between our internal marketing team and our global community of creators.
You aren't just managing accounts; you are part performance psychologist, part business coach, and part cheerleader. Our creators are incredibly busy and don't want "more tasks to complete." Your success relies on your ability to build trust quickly, listen actively, and subtly keep them accountable to the playbook so they can maximise their revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Growth: Proactively manage and coach a portfolio of fitness/wellness creators to help them scale their online businesses.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, providing expert advice, setting clear expectations, and managing deadlines via video conferences and regular calls.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with our internal marketing team to execute specific campaigns for your clients, acting as their internal champion.
- Product Training: Guide clients through the MacroActive software and marketing tools so they become confident power-users (full training provided).
- Data & Systems: Maintain accurate client records and communication history in the company CRM, and provide weekly updates to internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Killer EQ: You can read the room, understand what motivates a person, and uncover the psychological barriers holding someone back from execution.
- Social Media Natives: You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. Bonus points if you've produced daily content for yourself or a brand.
- Fitness & Wellness Enthusiasts: A strong passion for (or background in) sports, fitness, nutrition, or wellness. You need to speak our clients' language.
- Action-Oriented: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for client success.
- Organised Multi-taskers: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and the ability to stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in Account Management OR 3+ years in Social Media Management.
- Industry Context: 2+ years of involvement/experience in the fitness/wellness space.
- Education: Certificate of Higher Education preferred.
- Languages: Speaking an additional language is a major plus!
