Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to ensure a pristine finish.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve clarity and shine.
- Apply protective coatings as required to maintain vehicle appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need addressing before delivery to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for cleaning or repositioning within the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's licence is required to operate various vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting equipment or materials as needed.
