We’re looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join our growing design team. This is a key role within our end-to-end design and build business, where you’ll help shape how we deliver efficient, buildable, and high-quality designs.

Working closely with architects and the wider design team, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, and standard details, helping to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across our projects. You’ll also play an important role in factory testing and sampling, ensuring our designs are practical and deliverable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating, developing, and maintaining design standards and technical documentation
Producing and ensuring compliance of Reds10 standard details
Managing and improving our Revit families, templates, and design libraries
Supporting project teams with timely and accurate technical information
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and site/factory teams to resolve technical challenges
Driving continuous improvement in design processes and workflows
Coordinating across disciplines using BIM360 and Autodesk AEC tools (Revit-based)
Managing documentation and workflows through the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Carrying out and documenting factory testing and samples
Exploring new tools and methods to improve efficiency and drawing production

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Revit and BIM workflows
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Detail-focused with strong problem-solving ability
Able to follow and improve processes and procedures
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
Proactive, solutions-driven, and eager to innovate
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Comfortable working with technical standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

Ensure designs are efficient, coordinated, and buildable
Maintain and enhance our standard details system
Ensure compliance with:
- Building Regulations
- Building Bulletins
- Fire Safety Standards
- The Building Safety Act
Support continuous improvement in design quality and delivery
Uphold company standards, procedures, and ISO requirements
