Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Self-Employed Cleaning Technician to join our growing team, specialising in the deep cleaning and sanitisation of soft play centres.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to grow with the business.
Duties:
- Carry out deep cleaning and sanitisation of soft play equipment and facilities to a high standard.
- Follow company cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, professionally, and within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and company management.
- Represent the company professionally while on-site.
Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Self-employed status or willingness to work on a self-employed basis.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Confidence in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to build relationships with potential clients and promote the company's services.
