We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Play Assistant & Party Host to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Supervise and facilitate children’s play activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment at all times
- Organise and host birthday parties and special events, managing all aspects from setup to clean-up
- Provide exceptional guest services by attending to the needs of children and their accompanying adults
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver high-quality entertainment and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the play area and party zones
- Assist with event planning, including decorating and preparing party materials as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all activities
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, offering assistance and information as needed
Skills
- Proven management experience, with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong background in hospitality or guest services, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members confidently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Creativity in organising themed parties and activities that appeal to children of various ages
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and school holidays if necessary

Pay: £12.21-£15.81 per hour
