Black Velvet Beauty is a fast-growing aesthetic and beauty clinic based in Haverhill. We specialize in advanced, results-driven treatments, offering a welcoming, and highly professional environment for our clients.
As our client base rapidly expands, we are looking for a fully certified, confident Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team. You will be performing high-end treatments, driving clinic sales, and bringing your own unique expertise to our treatment menu.
The Schedule (Perfect for Parents!)
We know how hard it is to balance clinical work and family life, which is why this role is designed perfectly around the school run:
- Days: (still have to figure out)
- Holidays: You will have all school holidays off! (Term-time only contract).
What You Will Do (Your Responsibilities)
- Deliver Premium Treatments: Independently perform Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling / Rf Microneedling treatments to an exceptionally high, safe standard.
- Consultations & Sales: Actively consult with clients to create bespoke treatment plans. You must have strong, confident sales skills to up-sell and cross-sell our services, with a specific focus on promoting our Medical-Grade LED Light Therapy as an add-on.
- Client Care: Provide a end-to-end client experience, from welcoming them into the clinic to post-treatment aftercare and rebooking via Fresha.
- Clinic Upkeep: Ensure treatment rooms are kept perfectly hygienic and aesthetic between clients.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Fully certified and experienced in Laser Hair Removal and Microneedling (Level 3/4 or equivalent).
- A natural, non-pushy, but effective approach to clinical sales and product recommendations.
- Exceptional customer service and a professional, presentable demeanor.
Highly Advantageous (Bonus Skills)
We are always looking to expand our treatment menu. It is a massive advantage if you are also certified in:
- Semi-Permanent Make-Up (SPMU)
- Aesthetic Injectables (Dermal Fillers, Anti-Wrinkle, Skin Boosters)
- Other advanced beauty, machine-based, or aesthetic treatments.
What We Offer You
- Pay: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience) +10% commissions
