What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
- Preparing, assembling, and welding components to exact specifications.
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Working safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For
- Proven TIG welding experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment. (Essential)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing first-class workmanship.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Welding qualifications are advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong practical experience.
- Laser Welder experience ideal.
- Mig welding experience ideal.
