Full job description

,Responsibilities:

Brewing tea
Cooking and preparing toppings
Taking orders and cashier duties
Opening and closing of the store
Conduct stock checks and inventory orders
Knowing all products and services in detail
Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Safety and hygiene procedures & standards are maintained and complied with

We are looking for:

Previous barista experience is preferred
Minimum 1 year total F&B working experience required
A customer-oriented positive attitude
Quick at performing their tasks - speed is extremely important
Must be able to work under pressure in high volume busy environment
Attention to detail
Able to handle kitchen work
Friendly, engaging and fun to be around person
Passionate about Taiwanese Tea
Flexible to work full time, including evenings and weekends
Good at time management, problem solving, and a team player
Good English. Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred but not essential)
Eligible to work in the UK
