M2 SPED Awareness is seeking 2 Volunteer Neurodiversity Awareness Event Intern-London to use their experience of public speaking and event co-ordination to co-plan and deliver 2 neurodiversity awareness university street clinics in London, with a view to inform about reasonable adjustments and signpost potential attendees to relevant support services, gain new contacts for our charity mailing list and gather small-scale donations for the charity.
Your delivery of the 2 events will contribute to making a difference to neurodivergent individuals in a higher education setting as well as helping the charity to grow its communication and support database with the attendees you meet.
The Neurodiversity Awareness Events will take place in-person for 1 hour 30 minutes each in a London University based on Team-based choice at a date and time that works best for all participating in co-delivering the event. In addition, you will also take part in leaflet distribution in a London area of your choice for 1 hour in November.

There are 3 training opportunities in September on different neurodivergent groups in higher education to keep your knowledge up to date on neurodiversity and equipped for the events in the role.
You will also be given a free copy of our guidebook on Neurodiversity which is scheduled to be released to the public on September.
