Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across multiple trades. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise a broad skill set in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects. The ideal applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door and window installation, and repairs
- Conduct roofing work such as patching, shingling, and waterproofing
- Carry out construction painting to prepare surfaces and finish projects to high standards
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes
- Handle electrical installations and maintenance in accordance with safety regulations
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely across various trades
- Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects
- Assist in the planning and organisation of work schedules to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with an adaptable approach to different tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials safely
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are desirable but not essential depending on experience
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: Up to £1,191.18 per week
Experience:
- Plastering: 10 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 10 years (preferred)
- Electrical: 5 years (preferred)
- Plumbing: 5 years (preferred)
- Contruction painting: 10 years (preferred)
