Salary: £34,000 per annum

Location: Thurrock (Essex)

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week. Hours according to operational need, with a minimum of 37 hours per week.

Are you ready to take the lead on payroll?

Impulse Leisure is seeking a professional and detail-focussed Payroll Co-ordinator to deliver the monthly payroll function across our multi-site organisation.

The role includes payroll processing, pensions administration, payroll reporting, reconciliations and supporting managers and employees with payroll-related queries and system use.

The role works closely with HR, Finance and Training and is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and robust payroll processes across the organisation.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

End-to-end payroll experience
Knowledge of payroll systems and reporting processes
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Ability to work to strict payroll and reporting deadlines
Professional and confidential approach to work.

Experience of SelectPay, Planday, LGPS & NEST pension schemes would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
