Recruitment and Administrative Assistant

Location: Erith, Kent
Hours: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week

Pay: Up to £420-£450 (depending on hours/ hourly rate)
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, up to 6 hours per day
Terms: Self-employed
Rate: Hourly/daily rate to be discussed at interview, depending on experience and availability

About the Role

Network Global is looking for a reliable and organised Recruitment & Administrative Assistant to join our friendly head office team in Erith.

This is an office-based, part-time position providing general administrative and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with general office administration
Supporting recruitment administration
Updating and maintaining office systems and records
Processing driver paperwork and documentation
Providing general support to ensure the smooth running of the office

Preferred Experience (not essential)

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Good computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Office 365
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately and independently
Previous recruitment administration experience would be an advantage

What We Offer

5-day working pattern
