Delivering agreed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and proactive business development

Developing long-term relationships with local and national bus and coach operators, identifying opportunities for fleet rental, leasing, and contract hire solutions

Converting leads, referrals, and prospecting activity into profitable new business while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Acting as the local figurehead for Dawsongroup Bus and Coach, promoting the business across your geographical region

Working closely with hire desk teams and wider business functions to support collaboration, customer retention, and commercial growth
About You
You will be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and creating trust with customers in a competitive marketplace. Whether you have worked as an Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Regional Sales Executive, or Business Development professional, you will understand how important customer experience and industry knowledge are within the bus and coach sector.

Full, valid UK driving licence

Experienced negotiator with strong face-to-face selling skills and the confidence to close sales professionally

Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of personal presentation

Sound general education alongside a good understanding of vehicles and transport

Sound working knowledge of the bus and coach industry, predominately within minibus hire, with the ability to identify customer needs and develop commercial opportunities
