About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce and retail business specialising in branded clothing, footwear, and accessories. We sell across multiple online marketplaces and live-selling platforms and are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in many aspects of the business, from customer service and online listings to warehouse organisation and supporting our live-selling operations.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and managing eBay listings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Responding to customer messages and enquiries across various sales platforms.
Assisting with order processing and creating orders within our systems.
Helping maintain an organised and efficient warehouse environment.
Supporting stock management, inventory checks, and product organisation.
Assisting the team during live-selling events and online auctions.
General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identifying areas where processes can be improved and implemented more efficiently.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good computer literacy and confidence using online systems.
Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload.
Positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Desirable Skills

Previous experience with eBay or other online marketplaces.
Experience within an e-commerce, retail, or warehouse environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Experience with live selling platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok Shop, or similar.
Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, or branded goods.
