The Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant to join our team at our head office in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in graphic design, social media, branding, and digital marketing who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional marketing environment.
In this role, you will support our marketing initiatives by managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and contributing to the development of financial promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing graphics and marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, and promotional literature.
- Creating engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and management of social media content and email campaigns.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Creating visual assets including infographics, banners, advertisements, and event materials.
- Assisting with website updates and content management.
- Monitoring social media performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience using design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
Desirable:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with financial promotions is advantageous but not required. Comprehensive industry-specific training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
