Responsibilities

- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Promote products, services, or events during live broadcasts to maximise audience engagement and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan content schedules and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor stream analytics to evaluate performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain professional appearance and behaviour during all live sessions to uphold the company's reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in live streaming or digital content creation is preferred.
- Strong marketing understanding with the ability to craft engaging content that attracts viewers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
