We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activity across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless hiring experience while working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced People Team.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple UK locations. You will help ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining accurate data across systems, and partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all new employees.
You will provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Talent Acquisition team, helping to ensure consistency and efficiency across recruitment processes nationwide. A strong focus of the role will be on data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will conduct regular audits of recruitment systems and processes to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. In addition, you will generate and analyse recruitment reports and metrics, using data insights to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance overall hiring effectiveness.
Working with a variety of stakeholders including hiring managers, People systems teams, compliance partners, and data specialists, you will act as a key link ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the recruitment function.
