Your Role
- Support with the full compliance of the Home Delivery Fleet in line with vehicle operator licensing legislation and regulations, which includes accurate vehicle records (up to 2 years), servicing in line with regulations and Drivers Hours, Working Time and Daily Checks.
- Ensure that all vehicles are kept to pre-set standards and are always legally compliant.
- Ensure the Warehouse/Distribution Centre is clean, tidy and organised.
- Ensure all transport centre administration is carried out in an efficient, well-organised and effective manner, i.e., signing of delivery documentation and making sure payment has been received.
- With the DM, ensure all distribution employees deliver the Premier Delivery Service consistently, including pre-delivery inspections, use of protective equipment etc.
- Actively support the store in delivering the Awesome Experience
- Ensure that all customer service interactions and communication by distribution employees are polite and courteous.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Always following health & safety procedures.
- Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
