Job Summary:

SourceBridge Global Procurement Ltd is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, optimise procurement and logistics operations, and drive operational excellence across the organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced supply chain leader who enjoys improving efficiency, building strategic supplier partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. What you'll do:

Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, cost performance, and service delivery.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key business partners.
Oversee sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities.
Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and production teams to support business objectives.
Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Analyse operational data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations management, sourcing, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain optimisation is beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
