Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales and digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimise our e-commerce platform, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility across digital channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong management, analytical, and creative skills to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms, including the official website, Amazon store, and other online sales channels.
Analyse website performance, online sales, and customer activity to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand to keep products competitively priced.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase website traffic, customer engagement, and online sales.
Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, seasonal offers, and online advertising activities.
Prepare regular performance reports for management, including sales performance and customer trends.

Qualifications

Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights.
Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for engaging content creation.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing projects and teams effectively.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
