About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have experience working with CNC Press Brakes and can confidently read engineering drawings, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established company, with real opportunities to grow your skills and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to bend and form metal components
Load and unload materials onto machines
Interpret engineering drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure precision and consistency to maintain high quality standards
Carry out routine maintenance and ensure safe operation of machinery
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience operating Press Brake machinery (preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience setting and operating CNC Press Brakes
Familiarity with Amada brake press machines (desirable but not essential)
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a hands-on environment
Strong focus on safety and correct use of machinery
