Overview
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees specialising in Sales. This programme offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential business skills, gain practical experience in sales and customer relations, and progress into managerial roles within a dynamic organisation. The role is paid and designed to provide comprehensive training to prepare trainees for future leadership positions.

We have various clients we work with, this role will be with one of our broadband clients, selling into residential homes. You will be required to build your own team after the 2 weeks initial training.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue
Engage with potential clients through B2C sales approaches, including presentations and negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
Support the sales team in organising promotional events and campaigns
Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including maintaining accurate records and reports
Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
Proven experience or interest in B2C sales environments
Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite and CRM systems
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and learn on the job
