Full job description

Lee Marley Group is a leading specialist subcontractor delivering high-quality brickwork, scaffolding, and façade solutions across the UK. We work with some of the country’s leading main contractors on large-scale residential and commercial developments, and we pride ourselves on quality, safety, and developing our people.

We are now looking for an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team and gain hands-on experience on our project in Bath.

This is a site-based commercial role offering real responsibility from day one, with exposure to all aspects of cost management and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing and supportive business.

What you will gain experience in:

Project cost control and financial reporting
Estimating and tendering
Procurement and subcontractor management
Valuations and payments
Contract administration and commercial processes
Use of industry software including Bluebeam and Excel

Who we’re looking for:

Degree qualified (or due to graduate) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Proactive and eager to learn
Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (expenses paid)

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven graduate looking to develop into a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor within a reputable and established company.
