Deliver high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to achieve strong progress and attainment, with learning tailored to individual needs and abilities.
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment built on mutual respect, high expectations and positive behaviour management.
- Use assessment, feedback and pupil data effectively to monitor progress, set targets and adapt teaching to support every learner, including pupils with SEND, EAL and additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers and the wider Avanti Schools Trust community to promote pupils’ wellbeing, achievement and personal development.
- Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school through professional development, teamwork, safeguarding responsibilities and active participation in school events and initiatives.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
