Program Overview
The Platform Associate role begins with a structured rotational development programme, designed for ambitious and adaptable professionals looking to accelerate their careers.
Throughout the programme, you will rotate across several key departments, gaining hands-on experience, developing cross-functional knowledge, and building the skills required to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative financial services environment. Rotation Structure
- Multiple rotations across key departments over a 3 year period
- Each rotation lasting 6 months
- Opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision making
Each rotation is designed to build toward increasing responsibility, scope and knowledge, supporting your progression and advancement within the business on completion.
- At least two years of professional experience in a customer facing role, ideally in financial services
- Able to demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and resilience
- Strong customer service skills
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to drive your own learning and development
- Adopt a continuous improvement and innovative approach
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as being a team player
- Are comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, and able to work independently
- Willing to work flexibly with a mixture of remote, and presence in office at least twice a week
- Are motivated to build a long-term career in financial services
