Full job description

We are seeking part-time sports coaches to work with primary school aged children across Bristol and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and working with children, and will have a relevant coaching qualification or equivalent experience.

We deliver sessions in a range of settings including:

After School Clubs (Primary Schools)
Lunchtime Clubs (Primary Schools)
Nursery Classes
Football Development Centres
Weekend toddler football classes
1:1 mentoring
Holiday Camps

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children in a range of sports, including but not limited to football, basketball, netball, athletics and cricket.
Manage behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Be a positive role model for young people.
Follow the uSports philosophy in all your sessions to provide children a positive experience with sport

Requirements:

Experience of working with children
A relevant coaching qualification
A valid first aid certificate and safeguarding certificate (we can help you to get these)
A passion for promoting the benefits of sport and physical activity for children.
