We are seeking an experienced Barista to help the launch our new café. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand on current skillset. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality coffees and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient service and high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Create coffees to which meet high quality standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support marketing efforts by promoting the café’s offerings both online and on-site
- Support the whole team by working quickly, efficiently and willing to help
- be able to work using initiative
Requirements
- Experience working in a cafe or hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- ability to work within a diverse team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and service delivery
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
