The role mainly involves keeping records up to date, checking documents, making sure information is stored correctly, and helping the team stay organised. There will also be some day-to-day admin work, so being comfortable working with paperwork and basic computer systems is important.
You don't need extensive experience for this role. If you're organised, reliable, and have a good eye for detail, we'd be happy to hear from you. Full support will be provided while you get familiar with the position.
Some of the things you'll be doing include:
Updating and maintaining company records
Checking documents for accuracy
Keeping track of deadlines and renewals
Assisting with internal compliance checks
Following up on missing information when required
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
