Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Freelance Administrator to support various administrative functions remotely. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently, assisting with data management, correspondence, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior administrative experience to ensure smooth operations across multiple projects.

Duties

Manage and maintain accurate data entry using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently to optimise workflow.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks and Xero accounting software.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with data entry and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Strong typing skills for efficient document creation and data management.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with professional phone etiquette.
Prior clerical experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates eager to learn. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible freelance work within a professional environment that values organisation, efficiency, and proactive support.

Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
