We are looking for an HR & Training Coordinator who is passionate about learning, development, and delivering excellent HR support.
You will play a key role in supporting both employee development and HR operations—managing our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating training activities, maintaining HR data, and supporting a great employee experience across the business.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and making a real impact through people development and efficient HR processes.
- Act as UK key user for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Set up and maintain training courses and records
- Deliver LMS training and user support
- Coordinate onboarding programmes and compliance training
- Support training planning, budgeting, and external providers
- Create and update engaging training materials and e-learning content
- Maintain and develop departmental skills matrices
- Produce HR and training reports, including LMS usage and skills gap analysis
- Support general HR administration and HR system data accuracy
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
You are proactive, organised, and passionate about learning and development. You enjoy working with people and data, and you’re confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills & experience:
- Experience in HR, L&D, or training administration
- Strong interest in learning and employee development
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 3 (HR or L&D)
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Easygenerator)
- Experience creating digital learning content
- Understanding of learning models and training delivery approaches
- Full-time permanent position (39 hours per week)
- Flexible start times (08:00–09:30)
