Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Reform Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective reformer Pilates classes, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting proper technique and safety. Your expertise in anatomy, teaching, and sports coaching will help create a motivating environment that encourages progress and confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for movement and wellness with a diverse community of clients eager to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Lead group reformer Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring all participants perform exercises safely and effectively
Design class sequences that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to maximize client understanding and engagement
Offer personalized modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs or limitations
Educate clients on proper body alignment, breathing techniques, and anatomy principles to enhance their practice
Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, ensuring equipment is sanitized and ready for use
Monitor client progress over time, offering encouragement and feedback to support their fitness journey

Experience

Proven sports coaching experience or background in physical education or fitness instruction
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse groups of clients
Knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles relevant to Pilates training
Previous experience leading reformer Pilates classes is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic approach to instruction
