Bristol | Full Time | Permanent

This isn’t a marketing job. It’s an opportunity to build one of Bristol’s most recognised design and construction brands.

At Millard’s, we design and build exceptional homes, gardens and spaces. From luxury landscaping and swimming pools to extensions, renovations and architectural design, every project is different, and every project has a story worth telling.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our entire digital presence and help drive the next stage of our growth.

If you’re creative, commercially minded and love producing high-quality content, this role could be for you.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for everything our customers see online.

From filming projects on site to improving our website’s Google rankings, you’ll help showcase the work our teams produce every day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants genuine ownership.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation

Film projects on site
Create Instagram Reels
Photograph completed projects
Edit professional videos
Produce YouTube content
Capture behind-the-scenes footage
Interview clients and the team

Social Media

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
Plan monthly content calendars
Write engaging captions
Grow our audience organically
Respond to comments and messages
Analyse performance and improve engagement

Website

Update project portfolios
Add new case studies
Improve service pages
Upload blogs and images
Keep the website fresh and current

SEO

Improve our Google rankings
Research keywords
Optimise website content
Build local SEO
Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console
Increase organic enquiries

Blogging & Copywriting

Write engaging blogs
Create educational content
Produce client success stories
Develop newsletters
Support sales literature and brochures

Brand

Protect and develop our visual identity
Design marketing material
Support exhibitions and events
Help shape the future of the Millard’s brand

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

Loves photography and videography
Has a great eye for design and detail
Understands branding
Can write engaging copy
Has experience with WordPress or similar CMS
Understands SEO
Is confident using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Is comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
Can organise their own workload
Wants to build something, not simply manage social media
