Trusted by some of the largest clients nationwide, HTL is looking for a highly organised Service Coordinator to join our Services Team.
The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for quoting, planning, managing and invoicing service work, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Working closely with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will help maintain high service standards, strong communication, and continuous operational improvement.
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails
- Produce quotations for repairs from engineer reports in a timely manner
- Process customer orders using various internal systems
- Order required parts from suppliers
- Plan and schedule reactive and planned work to maximise productivity and ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery.
- Review, close and invoice all jobs and update to the relevant status on our internal system as well as our customers portals (when applicable)
- Maintain regular communication with customers, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and provide reporting to senior management
About you
- Experience in service coordination or customer service would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the motivation to achieve SLAs
- Responsive, with the ability to have a service driven approach to deliver the ‘wow’ factor
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- IT proficient with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM systems
