Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at The Loopy Shrew in <LOCATION>. This pivotal role ensures our guests receive top-tier service while maintaining the smooth running of our establishment, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure high standards of service.
Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Monitor health and safety compliance across the venue.
Assist in staff training and development initiatives.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements during busy periods.
Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or similar leadership roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends.
Previous experience in a British restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
