Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Skoda Service Advisor to join our busy automotive service team. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s time on site. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
- Managing all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
- Liaising across departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
- Checking in and handing over vehicles, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
- Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
- Ensuring all activities meet Volkswagen’s brand and service standards
Requirements
- Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions and workshop scheduling.
- Experience in a similar customer-focused role
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: £29,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
