About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance within a retail travel environment. You’ll work closely with customers to create memorable travel experiences while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about travel, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Customer Service

Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and provide tailored recommendations
Convert enquiries into bookings while maximising all sales opportunities
Deliver outstanding service from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up
Promote additional products such as travel insurance, excursions, and foreign exchange
Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and current offers

Performance & Targets

Work towards achieving individual sales targets
Contribute to overall branch performance and team success
Take a proactive approach to improving personal results

Marketing & Business Development

Support local marketing activity and promotions
Contribute to social media content and customer engagement
Represent the business at local events and networking opportunities

Operational Responsibilities

Accurately process bookings, payments, and documentation
Follow company policies and compliance requirements
Support the day-to-day running of the branch

Skills & Experience

Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Passion for travel and destination knowledge
Confident using digital systems and social media
Well organised, proactive, and a strong team player
