Water Team Leaders & Operatives (CIS or PAYE)

Aavek Utilities LTD – Somerset & Dorset
£14–£20 per hour

Aavek Utilities LTD is expanding and looking for experienced Water Team Leaders and Operatives across Somerset and Dorset. We’re building reliable teams and want people who take pride in delivering quality work out on the ground.

Role Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in water or utilities (Team Leaders)
Operatives with strong water network experience
Must have hands‑on experience carrying out CSL
Local to Somerset or Dorset
Confident, organised, self‑motivated and able to work well within a team
Reliable, flexible and committed

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
Water Hygiene Card
Street Works (NRSWA) – required for Team Leaders, beneficial for Operatives

Additional Experience / Certifications

(Higher rates available for multiple competencies)

Cat & Genny (Cable Avoidance Tool)
First Aid at Work
Manual Handling
Abrasive Wheel
Excavator & Dumper (CPCS/NPORS)

Pay

£14–£20 per hour
Rate depends on experience and certifications.
