M&H Carriers are looking to recruit a Operations Administrator to join our team in a well known and successful logistics company based in Inverness depot.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have great customer service skills, proven experience within an administration role or similar and thrive under pressure.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Prebrief and debrief of delivery drivers.
- Booking in deliveries with customers.
- Data entry
- Ensuring day to day operations run efficiently as possible.
- The use M&H Carriers database
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with customers / other carriers queries.
- Basic admin tasks ie. photocopying scanning etc.
- Some warehouse duties including bay checks and checking freight in.
Preferably with Logistics experience.
Knowledge of the parcel/freight industry advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (47.5 hours per week)
