Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist/Barber. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and barbering, with exceptional customer service and communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing an outstanding experience for every client.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services to clients, including cuts, shaves, and styling.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients contemporary options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
A valid qualification in hairdressing or barbering is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
