With offices in Beckenham and West Wickham, and ambitious plans for growth, we're looking for a confident, driven and personable Property Consultant to join our Sales & Lettings team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves property, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career with a growing independent business.

Unlike many larger agencies, you'll work directly alongside the owners of the business every day, giving you access to mentorship, decision-making and career development opportunities that are rarely available elsewhere.

The Role

You'll be involved in all aspects of the client journey across both Sales and Lettings, including:

Conducting property viewings
Registering buyers and tenants
Speaking with sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants
Negotiating offers and progressing deals
Generating new business opportunities
Building relationships within the local community
Supporting marketing and social media activity
Becoming a genuine local property expert
Representing the Black & Blanc brand professionally at all times

This is a people-focused role that involves being out in the community, meeting clients, viewing properties and helping people move home.

No two days are the same.

Experience within estate agency is advantageous but not essential.

Candidates from sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service, automotive sales, retail management or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Essential RequirementsYou Must:

Live locally within Bromley or surrounding South East London postcode areas
Have strong knowledge of Beckenham, West Wickham, Bromley and surrounding areas
Hold a full UK driving licence
Have access to your own vehicle
Be eligible to work in the UK
Be available to work across both office locations
