Job Opportunity: Fitness Instructor

Locations: To work at all four studios in Christchurch, Poole, Ringwood and Holbury

Our fast-paced, ambitious fitness business is looking for a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our professional team. We pride ourselves on having a team of all-star trainers who inspire and motivate clients to surpass their fitness goals.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek a team-oriented fitness instructor who is passionate about supporting clients and delivering exceptional results. If you excel at motivating small groups, creating engaging workouts, and building a 1:1 connection with each client, this is the perfect environment for you! Your sessions will follow our effective workout system, with room to add your unique flair while meeting our high standards.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead fitness sessions using our proven Complete Body Workout System.
Offer nutrition guidance to clients.
Perform basic gym admin and housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 Fitness Trainer qualification (ideally working towards Level 3).
Licence: A valid UK driving licence, with ability to travel between Christchurch, Poole, Ringwood and Holbury
Availability: Ability to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Saturday, between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Flexibility: Willingness to work at any of our studio locations on a rota basis.

Position Details:

Contracted Hours: Average of 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
Benefits: Contracted employment with guaranteed hours, holiday pay, company pension, gym membership, on-site parking, and more.
