We are expanding and looking for a Junior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team onsite in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a sales, business development, telesales, account management, or target-driven background who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to build and manage a full recruitment desk. This means developing new client relationships, managing live vacancies, sourcing candidates, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
You will work closely with senior consultants and leadership while building the skills needed to win clients, deliver candidates, and grow your own client portfolio.
This is a sales-focused recruitment role. It is built for someone who is commercially hungry, resilient, and motivated by uncapped earning potential. You will be trained to develop business, manage client relationships, source candidates, and generate revenue through successful placements.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients across the UK and Europe
- Business development, client acquisition, and lead generation
- Managing live vacancies and client accounts
- Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for live roles
- Negotiating rates, salaries, offers, and terms
- Managing the recruitment process from initial client requirement through to placement
- Building a client portfolio that can generate repeat business year after year
- Working towards clear activity, revenue, and performance targets
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by results. You do not need previous recruitment experience, but you do need the confidence to speak with clients and candidates, handle rejection, work at pace, and stay consistent.
The right attitude, communication style, and work ethic matter more.
This role would suit someone who is:
- Confident speaking to people over the phone
- Money-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to progress
- Commercially minded and interested in sales
- Resilient, coachable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with rejection and high activity levels
- Ambitious, competitive, and disciplined
- Strong in written and verbal English
- Interested in technology, recruitment, or sales-led environments
Desirable:
- At least 8 Months of experience
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales, lead generation, account management, recruitment, or customer-facing target-led roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or CRM tools such as Vincere
- Based in or near Luton, Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans, Hitchin, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, or Milton Keynes
