Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our team covering Beds, Bucks, Herts and the London areas.

The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating works across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, including stripping old paint, filling holes and cracks, sanding, and cleaning surfaces
- Applying paint, varnish, wallpaper, and decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces
- Measuring work areas and estimating materials required for projects
- Protecting surrounding areas, fixtures, and furniture during works
- Mixing and matching paints and finishes to achieve the required results
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Working closely with clients to ensure all work meets expectations and specifications
- Collaborating with other tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers when required
- Supporting team members on larger projects and planned maintenance works
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Strong skills in painting, wallpapering, and general decorating works
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- PASMA certification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to health and safety
