Our mission is to lead a new era of employee listening: AI-first, beyond surveys and turning employee voice into competitive advantage.
Last year, we embarked on creating something special, Dialogue. Described by Nationwide, one of our pilot customers, as “the future”, Dialogue takes employee listening beyond HR and puts it in the hands of operational leaders – where decisions are made and change actually happens. Employees provide feedback through video and voice. For them, Dialogue feels more like TikTok or YouTube than completing a survey.

The Role
With Dialogue recently launched, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, AI-first thinker, to join our team. You will work directly with our Founder and CEO on a product we believe is the future of employee listening, with exposure to some of the biggest brands in the UK and US.
This is a hands‑on product role in a fast‑moving environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, leadership, customers, and go‑to‑market teams. You will need to move quickly, think commercially, and stay close to our customers.

Product Strategy and Ownership
Own the product roadmap for Dialogue, with clear priorities grounded in customer evidence, usage data, and business outcomes.
Customer Discovery and Validation
Translate strategy into clear specifications, business logic, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs.
Commercial Enablement and Go-to-Market
Own early‑stage product marketing, including release narratives, enablement materials, ROI stories, and competitive positioning until the product reaches scale.
