Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior barber to oversee the day to day management of our barbershop. With a particular focus on customer service excellence and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in hair styling or barbering, and fluency in English. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. The Barber will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success and expanding the barbershop into a training academy.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient appointment scheduling and managing own clients via booking app timescales ect
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Handle client enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and attract new clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service roles within the barbering industry.
Demonstrable expertise in hair styling and all barbering techniques.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Organised with excellent organisational skills to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
A recognised qualification in hairdressing or barbering is preferred but not essential if complemented by substantial industry experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering exceptional client experiences within a thriving organisation.
