Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. If you have a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry, along with strong time management skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers.
A willingness to help others and work as part of a team in the hospitality sector.
