Job Title: Customer Complaints Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,850 - £26,000 + Bonus
Hours: 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1pm on Saturdays (shift based)

You'll be joining a winning team known for delivering top-quality service. This job is fast-paced, with our team handling lots of calls, emails, and messages every day – all while working under tight deadlines. So, sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a must.

You’ll also need some resilience. People usually call Customer Service when they need help, so be ready to handle those tricky calls with a can-do attitude, professionalism, and a smile. Don't worry; we'll support you with all the training you need. And if you're the curious type, always asking "why?" and eager to learn, this could be your dream job.

This role would suit someone who is calm and able to navigate difficult customer conversations, empathetic yet confident and who enjoys working collaboratively in a high-performing team.
