We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager to join our HR team in Leavesden.

What you'll do:

Take responsibility for fair and compliant recruitment practices being upheld across your operating unit, enabling function, department and/or capability area.
You will be the primary source of contact for those business areas and, attendance to site offices across the UK is expected at least 3 days per week.
You will support Hiring Managers through the recruitment gateways ensuring the best candidate is recruited.
You will support Inclusion and diversity through using a mix of sourcing tools relevant to the role and project.
You will work with OU/EF Operational Teams, HR Operations teams and Recruitment to deliver the right candidates.
You will contribute to an excellent candidate experience for both internal and external applications.
You will work to the recruitment time scales and look to enhance these through engagement and forward planning

What you'll bring to the role:

Experience within a in house recruitment role

Knowledge of and experience undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process

Planning and organisation skills

Business focus

Strong communication skills

Stakeholder management

Teamwork and co-operation

Good Microsoft office and systems skills
