Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our salon team every Saturday at our busy Knebworth salon.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients warmly and creating a welcoming salon experience
Managing appointments and salon bookings
Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries
Handling payments and operating the till
Supporting the salon team with day-to-day administration
Keeping the salon clean, organised, and professional
Assisting with refreshments and client comfort where needed
Promoting salon services and retail products when appropriate
Delegating to other staff members

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
A confident and friendly manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Previous reception or salon experience is preferred but not essential
